These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the GameRewards website and business services. By accessing the website or using the services, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the company you represent.
GameRewards is designed for business customers, publishers, advertisers, agencies, technology partners and other professional users. You may use the website and services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms and any separate agreement that applies to your account or integration.
GameRewards provides rewarded marketplace, campaign, monetization, measurement, allocation, integration and related business services. Product availability, integrations, campaign settings, commercial terms and service levels may vary by agreement, region and partner setup.
Information on the website is provided for general business and product information. It does not create a guarantee of availability, performance, revenue, user quality, campaign outcome or return on ad spend unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Some services may require an approved account, dashboard access, API credential, SDK, iframe, server-to-server integration or other technical setup. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate business information and keep it up to date. We may refuse, suspend or limit access where required for security, compliance, fraud prevention or operational reasons.
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of campaign materials, tracking setup, event definitions, attribution configuration, budgets, offer rules, app store compliance and any claims made in campaign content.
Publishers are responsible for their owned properties, user experience, reward presentation, consent flows, integration implementation, traffic quality and compliance with applicable platform, privacy, advertising and consumer protection rules.
All parties must cooperate in fraud prevention, event validation, compliance reviews, technical troubleshooting, reporting reconciliation and reasonable audit or verification requests.
You must have all rights, permissions, notices and consents needed to provide data to GameRewards and to use the services. You must not transmit data that you are not authorized to share.
Where personal data is processed under a separate data processing agreement or platform agreement, that agreement governs the relevant processing. You agree to comply with applicable privacy, data protection, advertising, sanctions, export control and anti-bribery laws.
Fees, payment timing, invoicing, campaign budgets, minimums, taxes, chargebacks, reward funding, revenue share, reporting rules and reconciliation processes are governed by the applicable insertion order, platform agreement, publisher agreement or other written commercial terms.
Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, all fees are exclusive of taxes and payment obligations are non-cancelable for delivered or consumed services.
You must not misuse the services, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer non-public technology, scrape the website, submit fraudulent events, generate invalid traffic, manipulate reward flows, hide material disclosures, infringe third-party rights, upload malicious code or use the services for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.
We may investigate suspected misuse and may withhold validation, pause campaigns, suspend access, reject traffic or take other reasonable action to protect the marketplace.
GameRewards, its logos, website content, platform technology, documentation, software, designs, data models and related materials are owned by GameRewards or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to you by implication.
You retain ownership of your own brands, creatives, data and materials, but grant GameRewards the rights needed to host, display, process, test, validate, report on and operate them in connection with the services.
The services may interoperate with third-party platforms such as measurement providers, app stores, analytics tools, ad networks, CRM tools and payment or communication providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Non-public technical, commercial, pricing, campaign, integration, dashboard, reporting and security information disclosed through the services may be confidential. You must protect confidential information and use it only for the purpose of the business relationship.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create security or compliance risk, fail to pay amounts due, provide inaccurate information, or use the services in a way that may harm users, partners or GameRewards.
You may stop using the website at any time. Separate business agreements may include additional termination, survival and post-termination obligations.
The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameRewards disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameRewards will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunities, except where a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to Mega Fortuna Teknoloji ve Yazilim Anonim Sirketi, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts or forum specified in the applicable agreement, or otherwise in a competent court.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
